1. Information for Individual Buyers
To reduce the inconvenience caused by the pattern, individual buyers are advised to purchase from retail platforms.If you like it and wish to place an order, we welcome it. However, due to our low profit margins on wholesale and dropshipping, and due to transportation issues, if you encounter any product quality problems, you must follow our dropshipping after-sales rules for resolution. 2. Regarding product testing issues:
Most of our products are packaged in sealed containers, so during the shipping process, to ensure that customers receive brand-new products, we do not open the packaging for testing.If you need the product to be tested before shipping, please contact customer service in advance. If you don't leave a message, we will assume that you don't want the product to be unpackaged for testing and will ship it directly.

To meet market demands, the product's packaging needs to be changed, and we will not notify you separately.
Product detail images are sometimes not updated in time, which may result in the outer packaging of the received product not matching the product detail images. This is not a quality issue and is not covered under the product return/exchange policy. Thank you!
